McKenzie Haley, Miss Rodeo South Dakota, was the speech winner at the 2011 Miss Rodeo America pageant which was held at The Orleans Hotel an Casino on December 4th, 2010 in Las Vegas. She also won the coveted title of 2011 Miss Rodeo America during the week long pageant.
