I’m a strong supporter of programs that use horses and cow work to help returning veterans gain confidence and new skills. Kathy and I are supporters of Heroes for Horses here in Santa Fe.
Here’s another group called Operation Silver Spurs that is based in Conifer, Colorado. Run by Brad Meyers, a third generation professional horseman and third generation veteran (USMC).
