Martin Black Cow Working Clinic

There were 18 of us and we divided into three groups. Each group spent two hours on horsemanship and cattle work each day so Martin could give us a lot of personal attention. He had us let the cows tell us what to do and talks a lot about flight zones and balance. Some of what he taught was hard to do on the first outings but I think we all improved over the three days. And he’d spend a hour at the beginning answering questions about horses, cows, tack or whatever.
